What you do away from the ball

One of the most important things to teach your skill players is that college coaches will watch what they do when they don't have the ball or the play is away from them. Some times you might have great stats but if the coaches see you taking off plays and not blocking hard downfield, they could lose a scholarship offer. Make sure they understand that they need to be the total package just not a playmaker.
