Herb Hand is in his second season at the
University of
Tulsa. Hand joined the
Tulsa coaching staff as co-offensive coordinator and offensive line coach in January 2007. In 2007,
Tulsa led the nation in offense, averaging over 542 yards a game. The Golden Hurricane were the first team in college football history to have a 5,000 yard passer, three 1,000 yard receivers and a 1,000 yard rusher on the same team.
